neighborhood meetings
Each year we have four quarterly meetings (February, May, August, & November). This is a great way to stay in-the-know of the neighborhood. We provide general Board updates, make special announcements, and host guest speakers. The location of the meetings vary so check back regularly for details.
neighborhood Socials
Neighborhood Socials are a great way to meet and mingle with your neighbors. We have so many new neighbors joining our community and we always want everyone to feel welcomed. These are informal gatherings. If you are interested in organizing a neighborhood social, please contact us.
Easter Egg Hunt
The annual Easter Egg Hunt at Shamrock Park is one of our favorite events of the year. Neighbors come together to stuff and hide over 500 eggs.
Storytime in the park
Storytimes in the park is hosted by our favorite neighborhood librarian, Miss Becca. Storytimes are typically 30-minutes and geared toward ages 0-5, but all are welcome. Bring your whole family out to enjoy stories, songs, and movement activities that support early literacy skill development and help foster a love of books and reading in your child. Bring a blanket or folding chair to sit on, and come ready to play!
Movies in the park
Bring your blankets, lawn chairs and favorite snacks, and join us on the tennis court at Shamrock Park for a movie night!
National night out
National Night Out enhances the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. Furthermore, it provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together under positive circumstances.
Festival in the heights
The annual Festival In the Heights is an outdoor gathering put on by the Country Club Heights Neighborhood Association in partnership with our community sponsors. We provide family friendly activities, food trucks, local music, vendors and good ol’ neighborly fun! It serves as a backdrop for our local school support fund-raising efforts. We use the proceeds from the festival to give back to our community in a variety of ways.
Halloween Pre-party
Join us for some Halloween fun at Shamrock Park for our annual pre trick or treating gathering! We offer free pizza, candy, and an opportunity to show off your costumes before you head out for the night.
holiday party
The annual Holiday Party is held each December and involves food, drinks, and merriment. We ask that you bring a gift card to donate to SGE Communities in Schools.
